Exam Week Craziness

So its exam week and I am so busy. So here are the outfits from today and yesterday. I failed and didn't get a picture of my outfit on today. And I haven't had a real meal for a few days now due to studying all the time. So this weekend I will cook a few meals and I will post them. So here are a couple outfits.

Last day of Classes

Easter Peeps Dipped in Chocolate

Alright so its Easter Sunday. what to do with the mass amounts of peeps that i have acquired? cook with them of course. So ergo, peeps dipped in chocolate.

What you need:

-2/3 cup semi sweet chocolate morsels

-2 packages of peeps (2 rows)

-some sort of either wax paper, or aluminum foil.

*i apologize for the awful pictures, they will get better i promise!

So, enjoy! this is super easy and very yummy.

We have peeps and chocolate YUMMY!

melting chocolate takes about 10 minutes of being super patient. keep it on very low heat and stir until it is melted

and after 10 mins we have melted chocolate.

my peeps chillin on the wax paper.

after dipping them into the chocolate and setting them on the wax paper i realized that they needed to be put in the freezer to set.

so they got moved into a pan

pan in the freezer for about 10 mins. until they set

Finished product! yumminess. they turned out very good.

Hi, my name is jen and i'm just a college student who loves to cook and loves fashion. i will post my many adventures in fashion and cooking. Being a college student i live on a tight budget. I cook with as little/few ingredients as I can while staying healthy and keeping everything yummy. Did i mention I'm vegetarian? yeah, that makes things more challenging.
